Faisal Town Phase 2 Location Guide: Thalian Interchange, Ring Road and the Airport

Faisal Town Phase 2 is at Thalian Interchange on the Lahore–Islamabad M-2 Motorway. It is reached through the Rawalpindi Ring Road and Chakri Road, and its main entrance is close to the New Islamabad International Airport. This guide explains the routes in and what is nearby.

The main access routes

Thalian Interchange (M-2 Motorway)

Thalian Interchange connects the society to the M-2 Motorway, so traffic from Lahore and the rest of Punjab arrives directly from the motorway. It is the reference point most buyers use when they describe the location.

Rawalpindi Ring Road

The Rawalpindi Ring Road is the route most residents will use to reach Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Sector X — the Ring Road Executive District — takes its name from its position close to the ring road.

Chakri Road

Chakri Road gives a second way in from the Rawalpindi side and links the area to Chakri Interchange.

How to get there

• From Islamabad or Rawalpindi: take the Rawalpindi Ring Road or Chakri Road towards Thalian Interchange.
• From Lahore: drive north on the M-2 Motorway and exit at Thalian Interchange.
• From the airport: the main entrance is close to New Islamabad International Airport.

What is nearby?

Several large housing projects sit around Thalian Interchange. Well-known projects nearby include Capital Smart City, Top City-1, Mumtaz City, Airport Green Garden, Kingdom Valley Islamabad and Nova City Islamabad, with Multi Gardens B-17 and F-17 about 15 minutes away.

Where are the blocks?

• Sector T is near Thalian Interchange, beside the Model Block.
• Sector X is on the eastern side of the Overseas Enclave, towards the Ring Road.
• N Block is beside the Model Block and close to the Central Business District, on the 365 ft main boulevard.
• Sector O, the Model Block, sits centrally with Sector Q and Sector R next to it.
